We're gathering an intimate group of like-hearted people together who have a strong desire to feel more alive, energized and connected to themselves and the natural world. You're invited to slow down with us and the herd of horses on the beautiful, 22-acre private property. ​We'll be remembering (and practicing) the skill of pausing so you can tune into what matters most. We'll also be assessing where your energy is currently being spent, clarifying what fuels you & discerning what's ready to be shifted or completed. Our time together: Experiential exercises & reflective time in nature Curated discussions & a vetted group of like-hearted people Experiences with the horses - where the magic happens! You’ll walk away from this retreat: ​- with clarity and feeling more empowered to make strong decisions. - knowing how to easily regulate your nervous system so that you can access your own wisdom and stop looking 'out there' for answers. - with tools and practices to use out in the wild that will give you the repeatable power to pause (the most overlooked step when we’re in stress mode). - feeling more like the lighter, refreshed, energized version of YOU. The one that finds joy in the small things, remembers how to put life into perspective, and can be present when it counts. ​​​ - having experienced the magic of connecting with masters of presence, regulation and emotional intelligence through the horses of HorseLink (no riding - groundwork only and no prior horse experience required)! The investment you make in yourself by attending the Power of Pause has the added benefit of supporting the mission of HorseLink! 10% of your tuition will be donated to HorseLink to support the care of the magnificent horses you will partner with in this journey.
